The Cowboy Wisdom Collection
Cowboy Wisdom is a series of paintings that carry nostalgic reminders to slow down and reflect. The meaning of each figurative work is playful and a bit provocative, but as the meaning turns over in your mind, it becomes deeply introspective.
The loose, gestural brush strokes within the figures are counter balanced by large bold shapes in the background. Colors spill over the edges and merge shapes offering a sense of raw honesty.
Recent Exhibition
The group exhibition included 81 works of art by the 6 artists who comprise Common Thread Collective. The show was on display at the Eisemann Center in Richardson Texas from December 2022 to January 2023. Updates about upcoming shows coming soon!
